Shopping with Pocky

These terms apply to purchases made through the Pocky online store at mywippo.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, available colours, prices and promotional offers are shown on the product page. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). Your checkout shows the final order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before payment.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your selected colours and quantities before placing an order. Order confirmation and shipping updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If there is a problem with availability or an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it.

Promotional bundles

Bundle offers apply to the quantities and products specified in the offer. Choose each item’s colour in the bundle selector. The applicable discount is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Delivery and returns
